Zync: Leading an AI/video SaaS from interface to infrastructure

Zync is a founder-brand content platform built around a simple idea: showing up should not require living in an editing timeline. Across five products, it turns a point of view into publishable video—from AI-assisted recording and production to real-video conversations in ChatGPT and asynchronous customer responses for social proof.

I joined Zync as a front-end developer, then took the work deeper—into backend systems and cloud infrastructure—helping shape five products from the interface to the foundations.

Commerce at scale: Frontend delivery for 4F and EZ Living Furniture

This case brought together two very different retail journeys: 4F is a sportswear store spanning clothing, footwear, accessories, and sport-specific ranges; EZ Living Furniture is an Irish home-furniture retailer built around furnishing rooms, from sofas and beds to dining, décor, and garden pieces. One storefront helps customers get ready to move; the other helps them make a home—so the same frontend foundations had to support very different buying decisions.

I worked across critical commerce journeys and shared React/TypeScript foundations for 4F and EZ Living Furniture, supporting performance work that reached a 90+ homepage Lighthouse score at the time recorded.

Collab Video: Removing friction from asynchronous video collaboration

Collab Video starts with a simple podcast problem: good conversations are hard to schedule. A host records a question, shares a link, and a speaker answers in their own time. Those responses become a conversation that can be shaped into a finished show.

I turned a niche we uncovered at Zync into an independent product: hosts record questions, speakers answer when they have time, and the conversation becomes an asynchronous podcast without the calendar chase.

Pixsprint: Building living media kits for creators

Pixsprint starts with the irritating fact that a media kit can be polished when it is sent and stale by the time it is opened. It gives creators and creative teams one shareable workspace for selected work, fresh audience context, public or private brand links, and the signals that show what happens next. Instead of a static attachment, the kit becomes a living link built for an actual brand conversation.

I built Pixsprint to replace the stale PDF-and-spreadsheet routine of sending tailored media kits with a living workspace that keeps creator proof current and shows what happens after a brand opens the link.
